Modern.tech Names Manny Mendez as Chief Operating Officer

Denver, CO – Modern.tech today announced the promotion of Manny Mendez from Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Chief Operating Officer (COO). This strategic move strengthens Modern.tech’s leadership team and positions the company for accelerated growth. 

Mendez, who co-founded Modern.tech as its CFO in January 2022, has been instrumental in the company’s growth, transforming it from an early-stage venture to a thriving business. Since inception, the company has partnered with major brands in multiple industries and built digital products in use by tens of millions of users worldwide. 

Prior to joining Modern.tech, Mendez established himself as a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling technology businesses. He specializes in optimizing operations, driving strategic execution, and fostering a culture of innovation. Mendez’s expertise includes bootstrapping startups from no revenue to millions of dollars in ARR, securing multi-million-dollar funding rounds, and executing strategic mergers and acquisitions. In addition to his role at Modern.tech, Mendez serves as Board Chair at Laradon, a nonprofit organization.
